Our trip to Cincinnati

So we're back. We flew to Cincinnati on Sunday morning, checked in Ronald McDonald's House. I was quite amazed with it in fact. I have never been in one, so wasn't really sure what to expect. Our experience was great.

Monday morning we went to Cincinnati Children's Hospital and met with the investigator doing the clinical study for merosin-deficient CMD. We talked a bit, he examined Ana, explained a few things that we asked and then we went to the lab so they could get some blood and urine sample from her. It went (kind of ) smooth.

Ana was cranky most of the time. She has actually been quite cranky ever since she got sick, and a little before that. Don't know what's up with this kid. I'm not sure if something is bothering her or if she's just being like that for no reason. Every time I even think of leaving her alone in the room, she starts screaming.
